This service is designed for individuals under 21 years old who have physical and/or developmental disabilities and are enrolled in Children Medical Services, Wellcare/Staywell, or Florida Medicaid (Full Medicaid). It offers medically necessary support and training in the home for activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
